Please understand when appointments are canceled without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill in that appointment time. and our waiting list clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No show appointments will be charged in full for reserved service.
